Medium Development

30-50% impervious surface. Built areas with extensive vegetation, such as play areas, picnic areas, dense paved trail networks, etc.

Heavy Development

Greater than 50% impervious surface. Buildings, parking lots, roads etc.

Herbaceous Row Crop

Any food garden, particularly P-Patches.

Landscaped Forest

Closed tree canopy over a maintained understory such as lawns, trails, or shrubs.

Landscaped Shrubland
